How it works
Book online in 2 minutes: choose the bike, date and duration. Pay by card, PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay. You will receive a confirmation by email.
Come to Via Dell'Oriuolo 12, inside Parking Duomo — 100m from Florence Cathedral. Sign the contract and you are ready to ride.
Ride freely through Florence! Follow one of our 14 curated routes or create your own. We are always reachable on WhatsApp if you need us.
Location & hours
We are at Via Dell'Oriuolo 12, inside the Parking Duomo — 100m from the Florence Cathedral. Look for the green e-bike sign at the entrance.
We are open every day from 7:00 to 22:00, including weekends and public holidays.
Online booking is recommended, especially in summer. You can also walk in, but you risk finding all bikes taken.
Documents & payment
A valid ID document (ID card or passport) is required at pickup. Minors must be accompanied by a parent.
The deposit is handled directly in store at pickup. You can pay it in cash or by direct card charge — in both cases it is refunded immediately when you return the bike in good condition.
Rental is paid online by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The deposit is handled directly at pickup in store.
For each hour of delay a surcharge is applied based on the bike type rented. Contact us in advance if you expect to be late.
Bikes & accessories
Yes, helmet and lock are included in the rental price. For riders under 18 a certified helmet is required by law.
We offer child seats for the little ones and kids bikes from age 12. The parent signs a liability declaration.
Currently the maximum rental is daily. For longer stays contact us on WhatsApp.
In case of damage, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the deposit, up to the maximum stated in the contract. Take photos of the bike before leaving.
In case of bike theft, the amount corresponding to the theft maximum stated in the contract will be deducted from the deposit. Always use the lock and never leave the bike unattended.
BAD WEATHER & REFUNDS
It depends on intensity:
☀️ Light rain or overcast: service is regularly active. No refund — Florence is great even in cloudy weather!
🌧️ Official weather alert (Yellow, Orange or Red): full refund or free rescheduling.
Contact us on WhatsApp or by email at least 2 hours before the start of your rental, attaching a screenshot of the active official weather alert. We will process the refund within 48 hours.
In case of snow or ice on the roads, the service is suspended for safety reasons and you are entitled to a full refund or free rescheduling without needing an official alert.
